Tattenhall, Cheshire
The Tattenhall project compromised of 28 luxury houses and a SUDs Pond. All aspects of groundworks where undertaken in in this project, from drainage to foudations.
Bunbery, Cheshire
The Bunbery project covered two areas. Vicarage lane and Bowes Gate. Vicarage Lane consisted of 7 plots and Bowes gate 8 plots.
Lea Gate PFS, Preston
Lea Gate PFS consisted of a Petrol fuelling station and a Costa with a drive through. This project required the installation of petrol interceptors and attenuation tanks. The complete area was a reinforced concrete finish.
CMA Mosque, Cheadle
The CMA Mosque project saw JA Yates construct a basement using reinforced concrete. The project also consisted of drainage tanks, externals and a car park.
